UniCarriers Americas hires director of compliance

Material handling equipment manufacturer UniCarriers Americas Corp., Marengo, Ill., has hired Rohit Soni as director of compliance. He has more than a decade of experience in compliance and audit functions, including SOX implementations.

Before joining the company, Soni worked as a senior manager and a senior auditor for OptumRx. He also was an ERS consultant for Deloitte & Touche and a senior underwriter for the Ocwen Financial Corp. He has a master’s degree in business administration and accounting from Roosevelt University.
