Mazak Optonics names new company leader

Mazak Optonics, Elgin, Ill., a supplier of laser cutting systems, has announced that Al Bohlen has assumed leadership of the company's North American operations as vice president/general manager.

With 25 years of industry experience in customer service and support, applications engineering, product management, and sales, Bohlen has served for the last two years as the company’s national sales manager. His professional career has been exclusively within the fabrication industry, including the high-technology laser cutting machine sector.
