Mazak Optonics partners with Tekmag

Mazak Optonics Corp., a supplier of laser cutting systems in Elgin, Ill., has announced a new partnership with Tekmag, a Milan, Italy-based automation systems manufacturer specializing in customized storage systems. The new partnership adds to a continuing 12+ years of providing automation systems for clients of Mazak Optonics’ sister company, Mazak Europe.

Tekmag's standard product line includes automation and storage systems from sheet load/unload systems to automated storage/retrieval systems. Each product operates with Mazak Line Controller software, designed to help minimize machine downtimes. Tekmag also carries compact vertical systems that can move large volumes of material automatically while occupying minimal space.
