Third NEWCAST trade fair coming to Dusseldorf in 2011

NEWCAST, 3rd International Trade Fair for Precision Castings, will take place June 28 - July 2, 2011, at the fairgrounds in Dsseldorf, Germany.
Messe Dsseldorf North America, Chicago, is organizing a North American group stand, supported by the American Foundry Society (AFS). Companies wishing to reserve exhibit space within the group stand should contact Messe Dsseldorf North America at 312-781-5180.
Exhibit categories at the trade fair will include ferrous castings, nonferrous castings, nonferrous metal foundries, forged and sintered parts, trade, and logistics. Sustainable, environmentally friendly, and low-CO2 energy production will be the focus at the show.When the trade fair was last held in 2007, 304 exhibitors and more than 3,500 trade visitors participated in the event. Half of the attendees came from countries other than Germany.With the motto "The Bright World of Metals," three industry-related trade fairs will again be held concurrently with NEWCAST: GIFA, International Foundry Trade Fair with WFO Technical Forum; METEC 2011, 8th International Metallurgical Technology Trade Fair with Congress; and THERMPROCESS 2011, 10th International Trade Fair and Symposium for Thermo Process Technology. Together, the fairs will present the entire value chain and offer international buyers, end users, and industry leaders a meeting platform.
