Mississippi Steel Processing opens new facility

Mississippi Steel Processing LLC's new flat-rolled toll processing operation, located on the campus of Severstal Steel Mill in Columbus, Miss., has begun full production.
The company provides slitting, cut-to-length, storage, and logistics services for customers of Severstal, as well as service centers and manufacturers throughout the southern U.S. and Mexico. It handles master coils up to 90,000 lbs., material to 0.625 in. thick, and produces leveled sheets of up to 84 by 720 in.
