Andes Coil Processors adds slitting line to Dallas facility

Andes Coil Processors LLC has added toll processing services to its Dallas facility with the installation of a 60-in. Pro-Eco custom slitting line. Featuring shape-correction capabilities, the line will process materials from 0.015 to 0.250 in. thick and master coils up to 72 in. OD and 50,000 lbs.

Features of the line include a Core Flex leveling system, dual-injection head for quick setup change, and 20/24 in. OD on recoil.
