Hydro Aluminum hires regional sales and technical manager
Hydro's Metal Markets North America, Linthicum, Md., has added Greg Lea to its commercial team as regional sales and technical manager for the Midwest.
Lea comes to the company after operating his own consulting firm in the metals industry. He previously served as general manager of the MI Metals extrusion plant in Smyrna, Tenn. He also served as a customer technical service manager for Alcan's Ingot Sales Group and held several metallurgical and engineering positions with the Werner Co.
The Metal Markets unit of Norsk Hydro provides aluminum to manufacturers in the Americas. In North America, Hydro provides aluminum supply sourcing, extrusion, finishing, and component fabrication, as well as engineering and contract manufacturing services.
