Hydro Aluminum N.A. appoints Sidney, Ohio, GM

Hydro Aluminum North America, Baltimore, has appointed Rob Abfall as general manager of its Sidney, Ohio, operations. He oversees all fabrication and assembly business at the location's two facilities.

Abfall joined the company from Kautex Textron, where he most recently served as plant manager. With more than 16 years in the automotive and heavy equipment industries, he is experienced in process control and product development.

Abfall has a Bachelor of Science degree in welding engineering from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science degree in manufacturing management from the GMI Engineering and Management Institute of Flint, Mich.
