ISRI Convention celebrates 20 years

"Momentum" is the theme for the 2007 ISRI Convention and Exposition, the scrap recycling industry's biggest exhibits and networking event of the year. ISRI will celebrate its 20th annual convention April 18-21 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans.

In addition to the scrap recycling exposition, the event offers more than 30 workshops and educational programs on a variety of topics common to recycling professionals. Workshops planned for this year's convention include topics like transportation, materials theft, price transparency, business valuation, and radiation in the scrap yard. Two sessions will focus on emerging markets in Vietnam and South America.
