Jindal Tubular USA acquires the assets of PSL North America
Jindal Tubular USA LLC, a step-down subsidiary of Jindal SAW and a manufacturer of large-diameter steel pipe, has acquired the assets of PSL North America LLC, Bay St. Louis, Miss.
PSL NA is a manufacturer of large-diameter, high-pressure steel pipe using HSAW technology. The company’s manufacturing and coating plant can produce more than 375,000 tons of pipe per year with diameters from 18 to 120 in. and lengths up to 80 ft. The pipes are used primarily for natural gas, petroleum, and water transmission lines and construction pilings.
