Metals USA acquires Gregor Technologies

Metals USA Holdings Corp., a provider of processed carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., has acquired Gregor Technologies LLC, Torrington, Conn.

Gregor provides custom-crafted parts and assemblies and tailored systems to OEM customers in the industrial equipment manufacturing, scientific instrument, electronics, aerospace, homeland security, and defense industries.
