NCI Building Systems completes acquisition of Centria

NCI Building Systems Inc., Houston, has acquired Centria, a provider of architectural insulated metal panel wall and roof systems and coil coating services.

NCI Building Systems is an integrated manufacturer of metal products for the nonresidential building industry. The firm comprises a family of companies operating manufacturing facilities across the U.S. and Mexico, with additional sales and distribution offices throughout the U.S. and Canada.
