One Equity Partners acquires Anvil Intl.

Middle-market private equity firm One Equity Partners, with offices in New York and Chicago, has signed a definitive agreement for the acquisition of Anvil Intl., an Exeter, N.H.-based manufacturer of pipe fittings and system components, from Mueller Water Products.

Anvil sells Anvil, Beck, Gruvlok, Merit, and Catawissa branded metal piping products through a network of more than 1,000 distributors in more than 4,000 locations in North America.
