Prab acquires Envirodyne

Prab Inc., Kalamazoo, Mich., along with its sister company Hapman and through its parent company Kalamazoo Acquisition Corp., has acquired Envirodyne Technologies, Kalamazoo. The acquired Envirodyne suite of companies includes Kalamazoo Fabricating, STC Dip Spin, and The MonlanGroup.

The Kalamazoo Fabricating division is a steel and stainless steel fabricating facility. Established in 1987, it supplies a range of fabricated assemblies, from simple machined and fabricated parts to complex machines that are fully assembled, tested, and operational.

STC Dip Spin has served the finishing industry since 1965. The division offers centrifugal coating equipment used to apply corrosion-resistant paints and coatings on bulk parts. Its line of equipment is used by automotive companies and their suppliers, as well as by hardware manufacturers.

The MonlanGroup is a supplier of coolant recovery and filtration systems.

Prab is a supplier of scrap processing and scrap handling equipment.
