Precoat Metals names president

St. Louis-based Precoat Metals, a unit of Sequa Corp., has appointed Kurt Russell as president. Gerard M. Dombek, who previously held the role of president/CEO, continues to serve as CEO.

Russell has been with the company since 2010, previously serving as vice president of manufacturing. Before that he was director of U.S. manufacturing at Black & Decker. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

The company also has promoted Jason Crawford to senior vice president of finance and administration.
