RathGibson acquires Mid-South Control Line Inc.
RathGibson, Lincolnshire, Ill., has acquired Mid-South Control Line Inc. (MSCL), Marrero, La.
A manufacturer of welded; welded and drawn; and seamless stainless steel, nickel, and titanium tubing, RathGibson says the acquisition will allow it to grow in the energy sector. MSCL produces downhole control line tubing for land-based and subsea oil and gas wells.
The two companies collaborated previously on many projects.
