Reliance Steel & Aluminum acquires Best Mfg.
Los Angeles-based metals service center Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. has acquired all of the capital stock of Best Mfg. Inc., a Jonesboro, Ark., custom sheet metal fabricator of steel and aluminum products on both a direct and toll basis.
Best Mfg. provides services including laser cutting, shearing, CNC punching, CNC forming and rolling, welding, assembly, painting, inventory management, and engineering. It now operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co., and current management remains in place.
