Steel Dynamics to acquire Vulcan Threaded Products
Steel producer and metal recycler Steel Dynamics Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire 100 percent of Vulcan Threaded Products Inc., a Pelham, Ala.-based manufacturer and supplier of threaded steel rod, cold-drawn bar, and heat-treated bar.
The transaction is expected to be completed in August 2016.
