Nu-Way Industries hires executive VP, sales and marketing

Contract metal fabricator and assembler Nu-Way Industries, Des Plaines, Ill., has announced the appointment of Joe Fijak as executive vice president, sales and marketing. He has more than 30 years of experience in high-tech and mechanical systems industries.

Fijak has worked on division start-ups, contract negotiations, key account/supplier management, talent development, marketing/sales optimization, consultative sales and program development, and global sales growth. Before joining the company, he served as senior vice president for worldwide sales at Sanmina-SCI Corp.’s Mechanical Systems & Display Solutions Division.
