Numalliance announces acquisition of Silfax

Numalliance, a manufacturer of CNC bending equipment for tube, wire, and flat stock in Les Vosges, France, has acquired Silfax, Vourles, France.

With the acquisition, Numalliance intends to enhance its product offering and increase its visibility in the aerospace industry. Silfax, a manufacturer of tube and pipe forming and bending machines, will rely on Numalliance’s presence in the U.S., Mexico, Brazil, China, and India and its network of agents and representatives worldwide.

Together, the two companies employ 150 people.
