Oak Press Solutions, Burr Oak Tool form collaborative firm

Oak Press Solutions Inc. and its sister company, Burr Oak Tool Inc., Sturgis, Mich., have formed a collaborative firm in China.

Wuxi Oak Technology Co., the new organization, manufactures fin stamping dies and related fin line components used by the heating and air-conditioning industry in China. Wuxi plans to establish a sales network and provide technical support for Oak's line of high-speed stamping presses and Burr Oak's supplemental fin production technologies, including tube expanders, cutoffs, benders, coil forming systems, and brazing systems.

The organization, located in Wuxi, China, began operations in January.

Oak manufactures high-speed presses, stamping lines, and controls. Burr Oak produces precision dies and equipment for the heating and air-conditioning industry.
