Hornet Cutting Systems hires VP of sales

Hornet Cutting Systems (formerly Retro Systems), a manufacturer of CNC plasma, oxyfuel, and waterjet cutting machines in Valley Center, Kan., has named Mike Best as vice president of sales.

Best has more than two decades of sales and marketing experience in the industrial, construction, and government markets. He most recently served as director of strategic accounts and marketing with Miratech. Before that he spent more than 20 years with Hilti North America.
