Hypertherm wins "10 Best Companies to Work For" honor

For the seventh time, Business New Hampshire Magazineselected Hypertherm Inc. in its top "10 Best Companies to Work For". The magazine credited the company's values and commitment to its Associates as key reasons for earning this recognition.

Among the reasons Hypertherm was named the No. 2 employer in the ranking this year are a community service program that encourages its Associates to volunteer for two days in the community and an Associate stock ownership program, which has averaged 25 percent in profit sharing over the past five years. The company's focus on Associate well-being and striking a healthy work-life balance are keys to its team atmosphere.

"As Hypertherm continues to grow and hire new Associates, it's important for us to maintain our unique culture and values, while continuing tosupport our community," explained Human Resources Director, Melissa Carlson.

The magazine announced its selections for the 10 Best Companies to Work For in December, 2006. This is the seventh time Hypertherm has received this honor in addition to having been elected to the magazine's Hall of Fame. "We are honored to receive this recognition—it is an affirmation of the dedication and commitment of our Associates", said Carlson.
