Minster acquires Dynamic Feeds, adds general manager of marketing and sales

The Minster Machine Co., Minster, Ohio, has acquired the assets of Dynamic Feeds Inc., High Point, N.C., and has hired Robert Allred as general manager of marketing and sales for its Automation Division in Beaufort, S.C.
Allred founded Dynamic Feeds in 1977 with two models of mechanical feeds developed by his grandfather for use in the family stamping business. Since then, the company has become a global supplier of customized material handling machinery and systems for the metal forming industry.
