Wilson Tool changes name of two Canadian divisions

Wilson Tool International®, White Bear Lake, Minn., a manufacturer of tooling for sheet metal fabrication, has changed the name of Exacta Precision and Exacta FabTool to Wilson Tool Canada. The new name more accurately represents the integration of the two Canadian divisions into Wilson Tool operations.
The company acquired Exacta Precision and Exacta FabTool in late 2010.
According to the company, Wilson Tool Canada offers no broker fees; reduced shipping costs; local support, service, and manufacturing; fast delivery times for replacement components; and invoices in Canadian dollars.
