EWI appoints vice presidents

EWI, Columbus, Ohio, has named Harvey Castner and Phil Weisenbach as vice presidents and has appointed them as officers to its board. Weisenbach also has assumed the role of COO.
Castner was elected vice president of the company's government programs office and continues to be responsible for government sales and the operation of the company's Navy Joining Center.
Weisenbach's new responsibilities combine his duties from his previous position as director of engineering operations and industrial sales.
