Bradbury Group acquires Metform Engineering assets

The Bradbury Group, a manufacturer of roll forming equipment and integrated systems designed for metal forming applications, acting through its European subsidiary, Bradbury International U.K. Ltd., has purchased certain assets of Metform Engineering Ltd., located in Dudley, West Midlands, England. Metform previously announced plans to close its Dudley operation.
The Bradbury Group acquired intellectual property rights of Metform and will continue to service and make components for Metform machines to OEM specifications.
