D.A. Stuart VP retires, replacement named

D.A. Stuart, Warrenville, Ill., has appointed Charlie Santangelo as vice president of operations effective in May. Santangelo replaces Gene Carline, who has announced his retirement.
Santangelo joined the company in 1979 as corporate technical director of rolling oils. Since then he has held several management positions, most recently vice president of corporate development.
