S-Tech LLC named distributor for Gasparini, CEMSA machines

S Tech LLC, Chesterton, Ind., has been named the exclusive distributor in the U.S. and Canada for Gasparini S.p.A., Mirano, Italy, and the exclusive distributor in North America for CEMSA S.p.A., Milano, Italy.
Gasparini is a manufacturer of custom roll forming systems and flexible manufacturing lines integrating processes such as punching, drilling, folding, welding, cutting, handling, and packaging. CEMSA manufactures resistance welding machines, electrical upsetters, and assembly automation systems.
S Tech is a distributor of precision flat roll processing equipment.
