Training seminars address machine, process safeguarding

June 9, 2009

Omron Scientific Technologies Inc., Fremont, Calif., will host more than 35 regional U.S. Skill Builder training seminars from June through August of 2009. The one-day training seminars, available for a fee, are designed to educate plant personnel on the requirements and methods of machine and process safeguarding to help them identify, and sometimes correct, machine safeguarding discrepancies.

Each seminar is limited to 30 attendees and intended for EH&S, plant maintenance, plant engineering, and production management personnel, as well as management-level personnel concerned with the safety of plant employees.
