Arbill president, CEO wins award

Arbill Safety, Philadelphia, a North American supplier and manufacturer of safety products and services, has announced that Julie Copeland, president and CEO of the company, has been selected to receive the Women of Distinction Award from the Philadelphia Business Journaland the National Association of Women Business Owners. She will be recognized at an awards banquet on Dec. 6 at the Philadelphia Sheraton.

Copeland was identified as one of 25 of the Philadelphia Region's "most dynamic women who are making history in their professional field and in their community," according to the award's selection criteria.

Copeland's implementation of a compliance training and services program at Arbill, along with her mentoring and support of fellow female business owners on her own time, helped win her the honor, the company said.
