Honeywell Safety Products names president

Honeywell has appointed Sach Sankpal as president for Honeywell Safety Products, a part of the Honeywell Automation and Control Solutions’ Life Safety business. HSP manufactures PPE including head, hearing, eye/face, respiratory, and hand protection; footwear; clothing; and fall protection.

Sankpal joined the company in 2010 as vice president of strategy and marketing in Honeywell Life Safety and most recently led Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India for HSP. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Avaya Inc., Trimble Navigation Ltd., and Navigant Consulting. He has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Rutgers University, a master’s degree in engineering from the University of Maryland, and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
