To apply for the award, a company must be an Advantage-level member of FMA or TPA and complete and application no later than Feb. 29. The 2012 winner will receive complimentary registration and travel expenses to accept the award at the 4th Annual Safety Conference in Milwaukee, Wis. FMA and its endorsed insurance partner CNA Insurance Group also sponsor an annual safety award certificate program for FMA and TPA Advantage level members based on OSHA recordable incidence rates. To apply, submit OSHA Form 300A, Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses by Feb. 29, to nancyh@fmanet.org. If your company is eligible it will receive a certificate of recognition.
