Norcross acquires Fibre-Metal Products capital stock
Norcross Safety Products LLC, Oak Brook, Ill., has acquired all of the outstanding capital stock of Fibre-Metal Products Co., Concordville, Pa., a privately held designer and manufacturer of head protection equipment.
Fibre-Metal, which has additional locations in Aston, Pa., and Mississauga, Ont., now operates as a part of Norcross's industrial protection business.
Norcross designs, manufactures, and markets branded products in the personal protection equipment industry.
