DGI Supply set to acquire Merwin-Stoltz

DGI Supply, a DoALL Company, Wheeling, Ill., has agreed to purchase Merwin-Stoltz, Menomonee Falls, Wis. The transaction is expected to close on March 31.

DGI, an industrial distribution company, plans to move its local customer service team and inventory from West Allis, Wis., to Menomonee Falls shortly after the closing. Bob Stoltz and Greg Delander will remain with the company and join the DGI leadership team.
