AGC realigns global aerospace composites businesses

AGC Aerospace & Defense has announced the realignment of its global aerospace composites businesses. Formerly comprising five different legacy brands — Tods Composite Solutions, Paul Fabrications, Unitech, Hill AeroSystems, and Integrated Composites — the collection of organizations now is known as AGC AeroComposites, followed by the city in which the site is located.

AGC AeroComposites has sites in the U.K. in Yeovil, Portland, and Derby, as well as in Monterey, Calif.; Seattle, Wash.; and Hayden, Idaho. The company designs and manufactures structural and nonstructural composite products, as well as precision metal aerospace products and assemblies.
