AMT names VP of manufacturing technology

AMT – The Association For Manufacturing Technology, McLean, Va., has named Tim Shinbara as vice president – manufacturing technology. He has extensive experience in industry engineering, manufacturing technology, and additive manufacturing technology. His predecessor, Paul Warndorf, assumes the role of vice president of strategic planning.

Shinbara serves on the executive committee of America Makes – the National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Institute (NAMII) and is the AMT liaison for the Additive Working Group and Technology Issues Committee for members within AMT.
