Anchor Fabrication acquires Abby Mfg.

Anchor Fabrication LLC, a Fort Worth, Texas-based metal fabricator serving the rail, industrial, heavy truck, oil and gas, and logistics industries, has announced the acquisition of Abby Mfg., a metal fabrication business based in Walnut, Miss.

From three facilities in Mississippi, Abby serves the elevator, defense, and ground support equipment markets.
