Andy J. Egan receives Elite designation from MBPA

Andy J. Egan Co., a mechanical contractor and fabricator in Grand Rapids, Mich., has been named one of West Michigan's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work for by the Michigan Business and Professionals Association (MBPA).

Egan received the Elite Award in communications — one of only 10 Elite designations awarded — in recognition of its use of social media, an intranet, surveys, and an open floor plan to improve communication with customers and employees.

Based in Warren, Mich., the MBPA represents more than 20,000 small to medium-sized businesses in Michigan employing more than 200,000 people.
