AT&F acquires HMF
Cleveland-based steel fabricator AT&F has acquired HMF (Heavy Metal Fabricators), Manitowoc, Wis. The 60,000-sq.-ft. facility provides 60-ton crane capacity and provides large-scale cutting, welding, and machining operations.
The facility will operate under the AT&F name with AT&F management.
