ATS Systems appoints CEO

ATS Systems, a provider of workholding and automation accessories for metal cutting in Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., has appointed Allen Goad to the role of CEO.

Goad previously served as CEO at Affero Aerospace and Defense, worked in a variety of senior executive roles for Natel Eng., and spent more than 13 years with Crane Co. He has more than 20 years of experience leading complex businesses for public and private organizations in the aerospace, defense, service, and industrial markets.

Goad holds a bachelor’s degree in education and chemistry from Arkansas State University and a presidential and key executive MBA from Pepperdine University. He is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
