Becknell Industrial to develop headquarters for Poynter Sheet Metal

Becknell Industrial, an Indianapolis-based developer of industrial properties, has announced that construction is underway on a 100,440-sq.-ft. industrial facility for Poynter Sheet Metal, a sheet metal and custom metal crafter, in Greenwood, Ind.

Poynter's new facility will feature 28-ft. clear height, eight dock doors, three drive-in doors, and abundant car and trailer parking, as well as 12,000 sq. ft. of office space. The building is expandable by more than 54,000 sq. ft.
