Chemetall metalworking coolant gains Boeing approval
Chemetall, New Providence, N.J., has announced that its Tech Cool® 35052CF Generation V semisynthetic metalworking coolant has received Boeing Aircraft approval for use under BAC5008, including areas 2, 5, and 6.
The coolant combines ultrahigh lubricity characteristics required for aerospace alloys with green chemistry technologies. It does not contain chlorinated or sulfur-based EP additives, bactericides, dicyclohexylamine, secondary amines, or formaldehyde-releasing compounds.
