Colfax announces retirement of ESAB CEO
Colfax Corp., a global manufacturer of gas and fluid-handling and fabrication technology products and services, has announced that Clay Kiefaber will retire Dec. 31, 2015, from his position as president/CEO of ESAB and executive vice president of Colfax.
Matthew Trerotola, president/CEO of Colfax Corp., will serve as interim president of ESAB and Steve Breitzka will join ESAB as interim senior vice president global operations and Americas to assist with the transition. Breitzka previously served as president/CEO of Apex Tool Group.
ESAB is a manufacturer of welding consumables, welding and cutting equipment, and associated automation.
