DOT Quality Services expands certification programs for structural steel sector
Quality auditing and certification firm DOT Quality Services, Chicago, has expanded its quality certification programs for the structural steel sector. The firm now offers specific certification to internationally recognized AWS codes to meet requirements for the transportation and bridge sectors.
The company now certifies D1.1/D1.1M:2010 Structural Welding Code-Steel and AASHTO/AWS D1.5—Bridge Welding Code. This expansion builds on the current registrar services for ISO 9001 and ISO 3834 for welding process control.
