Drake-Williams Steel converts to employee ownership
Drake-Williams Steel Inc., a steel fabricator based in Omaha, Neb., has converted 100 percent from family ownership to employee ownership.
The change affects 230 employees at three company locations in Omaha and Aurora, Colo.
