Emuge introduces tool reconditioning in Massachusetts facility

Emuge Corp. has introduced tool grinding and reconditioning services based out of its West Boylston, Mass., headquarters for U.S. and Canadian customers. The facility is equipped with CNC grinding machines and inspection equipment for reconditioning of the company’s taps, drills, and end mills, as well as other brands of carbide drills and end mills.

The reconditioning services include complete inspection and evaluation of all tools received; complete regrinding to the original geometry; corner radius, Weldon flats, and other modifications to standard end mills; and PVD coatings. All reground tools are delivered with a detailed report on services rendered.
