Epic Systems names general manager

Engineering and fabrication firm Epic Systems Inc., St. Louis, has announced the promotion of James Owen to general manager from group manager. He oversees services in modular processes, machine vision, packaging lines, and custom machines and manages all aspects of production, from engineering and project management to the fabrication shop.

Owen has been with the company for more than 15 years. His past roles include process engineer, project manager, and process and mechanical group manager.
