Esmark Industrial Group acquires assets of Pittsburgh Annealing Box

Esmark Industrial Group, Pittsburgh, a metals fabrication and manufacturing subsidiary of Esmark Inc., has completed its acquisition of the assets of Pittsburgh Annealing Box Inc, Vanport, Pa., which has conducted business under the name KMA Mfg. since 2003.

The new entity, which is a unit of Esmark Excalibur LLC, is operated as Excalibur Machine & Fabrication – Vanport. The facility has 65,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space with 100-ton lifting capacity. It offers maintenance, steel fabrication, and repair services to the steel and metals industries. The company also anticipates expanding the facility’s product offerings to serve the energy, oil and gas, transportation, and heavy equipment industries.
