FabSuite, Novaranda form steel fabrication software partnership

Steel fabrication software provider FabSuite, Williamsburg, Va., and Novaranda, a developer of hybrid-cloud technology in Venlo, Netherlands, have teamed up to develop application software for steel fabricators.

According to FabSuite, the partnership will allow cloud delivery of its software suite, rapid development of new fabrication applications and partner integrations, use of business intelligence analytics to help reduce customer production costs, and the introduction of fault resilience to the shop floor.

FabSuite steel fabrication management software modules help support fabricators in the job/contract bidding process, job input, shop floor production, shipment piece tracking, purchasing, inventory control, project scheduling, and job cost accounting. Novaranda offers a suite of software as a service (SaaS) technologies that deliver fault-resilient, enterprise-class application development without programmers.
